Last week Friday, KAUAI Canal Walk was buzzing with activity!
Not only were there delicious, freshly prepared tasters of KAUAI’s Original Eating-inspired, low carb menu items for invited media and other guests to enjoy, Prof Tim Noakes and Dr Michael Mol were also there to chat to everyone about following LCHF diets.
After a few words from KAUAI co-founder John Berry, some tasty Madras Style Chicken Curry Bowls and Thai Green Curry Bowls with cauli-rice made the rounds as well as samples of a wrap made with a low carb base (only 10g) which will hit stores in October. A delicious low carb fruit smoothie, also coming in October, had everyone talking and wanting more!
