Twice as good

Antioxidants, superfoods, vitamins, calcium, iron…the list of what you need to get each day is sometimes a little overwhelming. How great then, when you get a 2-for-1 deal. Vitamins A, C and E are also antioxidants, so put these foods on your plate and you’re sorted:

For Vitamin A: Fish, meat, bright vegetables such as carrots, and green leafy vegetables

For Vitamin E: Avocado, nuts, and green leafy vegetables

For Vitamin C: Citrus fruits, pawpaw, guava, tomatoes, potatoes with skin on, strawberries, and green peppers. Vitamin C also has an effect on your energy levels so try to have at least one source a day.
