5 For Change is a philanthropic initiative that was founded last year by Adriaan Dippenaar, David Deetleefs and Ross McKernan. It primarily serves as a platform that is dedicated to raising awareness for five inspiring social enterprises that are changing the way Cape Town gives back. Each year 5 fledgling social enterprises, who are doing something unique and innovative in their field, are selected, and then showcased at a special fundraising event. This year, the 5 For Change team has selected Ilizwi Photo Club, See-Saw-Do, Waves For Change, Trashback and Iyeza Express. Each enterprise is behind incredible work that is being done to uplift communities and promote real, actionable change.

And the BEST part of all, it’s all going down in the Cape Town City Hall.
