Summer is imminent and for some of us that means getting back into shape, getting some blood circulating through our bodies again, after months of hibernation and perhaps even over indulgence. Being healthy is first and foremost about what you put in and therefore choosing the right diet is a number one priority but second to that is what you burn off and let out and that is where exercise comes in. That word is a magical one although for some, it brings up feelings of fear, resentment and even anger. It’s not always easy to get a routine going, especially not in the beginning but one thing is for certain, once you get over the first few hurdles, it is one of the most rewarding ways you can spend a little bit of your time each day and after a few weeks, every workout is an absolute pleasure and never a chore. The greatest high in the world are the ones your endorphins can give you when you wake them up with a little bit of movement.
